Message to a Survivor
We are all in a metamorphosis … ready to fly into the sunshine like a beautiful butterfly. We all start as caterpillars shedding our old skin and sprouting our new wings .
Message of Healing
Healing means beings comfortable in your own skin and thoughts one day at a time . Healing to me means being able to share my story without it hurting so deeply …that I am incapacitated for the rest of my day … Healing means sharing and listening to someone that needs to share their story for their healing .
