Gracias por esta pregunta. Parece que lo que experimentaste a una edad tan temprana te resultó confuso e inquietante. Es comprensible que te sintieras incómodo y tuvieras la sensación de que algo en la situación no estaba bien. Sentirse paralizado y no saber cómo detener lo que estaba sucediendo es una respuesta común a una experiencia inesperada o no deseada, especialmente para un niño pequeño.

A los 4 o 5 años, los niños todavía están aprendiendo sobre los límites, el consentimiento y las interacciones apropiadas con los demás. Si bien la curiosidad y la exploración son una parte normal del desarrollo infantil, cuando un niño inicia un comportamiento sexual no deseado hacia otro, puede ser dañino y traumático, incluso si el niño que inicia el comportamiento puede no comprender completamente el impacto de sus acciones.

En tu situación, si los besos te hicieron sentir incómoda, asustada o violada, y no te sentiste capaz de detenerlos, es válido sentir que se cruzaron tus límites.

Es importante respetar sus sentimientos y reconocer que lo que sucedió lo hizo sentir incómodo. Actividad de puesta a tierra

Encuentra un lugar cómodo para sentarte. Cierra los ojos suavemente y respira profundamente un par de veces: inhala por la nariz (cuenta hasta 3), exhala por la boca (cuenta hasta 3). Ahora abre los ojos y mira a tu alrededor. Nombra lo siguiente en voz alta:

5 – cosas que puedes ver (puedes mirar dentro de la habitación y por la ventana)

4 – cosas que puedes sentir (¿qué hay frente a ti que puedas tocar?)

3 – cosas que puedes oír

2 – cosas que puedes oler

1 – cosa que te gusta de ti mismo.

Respira hondo para terminar.

Desde donde estás sentado, busca objetos con textura o que sean bonitos o interesantes.

Sostén un objeto en la mano y concéntrate completamente en él. Observa dónde caen las sombras en algunas partes o quizás dónde se forman formas dentro del objeto. Siente lo pesado o ligero que es en la mano y cómo se siente la textura de la superficie bajo los dedos (esto también se puede hacer con una mascota, si tienes una).

Respira hondo para terminar.

Hazte las siguientes preguntas y respóndelas en voz alta:

1\. ¿Dónde estoy?

2\. ¿Qué día de la semana es hoy?

3\. ¿Qué fecha es hoy?

4\. ¿En qué mes estamos?

6\. ¿Cuántos años tengo?

7\. ¿En qué estación estamos?

Coloca la palma de la mano derecha sobre el hombro izquierdo. Coloca la palma de la mano izquierda sobre el hombro derecho. Elige una frase que te fortalezca. Por ejemplo: "Soy poderoso".
