Issue: At issue is what healing means to me. Rule: Healing is a movement away from hurt or pain Analysis: Healing can be internal or external. Many people are walking around with invisible wounds. Healing takes effort and stronger people to guide. Conclusion: I still need to heal Goals: - Unlock blocked memories from child sexual abuse. I am an adult survivor, but I think I need to face this.
